Return & Refund Policy

At PrimePlayVeda, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

A return request may be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product package is tampered with upon delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Delayed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
